Q: Do I still need to pay a full hourly price for a tattoo that was done in less than hour?

A: No. The cost will be calculated based on the tattoo detail, size and the time it takes to get it done. For example, if the tattoo is fairly small, with simple design, and would take 30mins to complete, it would cost around £30.

Q: Is there an aftercare procedure after my session?

A: Yes. We issue aftercare leaflets where applicable. Besides the leaflet, each customer is introduced with the aftercare procedure that we highly recommend to follow. If a customer still feels the need for more advice we encourage them to get back in touch with us so we can advise on the best possible approach or even get them in for a check up.

Q: Does getting a piercing hurt?

A: Everybody is different. It might be uncomfortable; however the procedure is very quick. Nose piercings are good examples as to get the nose pierced does not take more than a minute. The rest of the time goes on getting set up and aftercare advice. Most likely, customers build up anxiety worrying for no reason at all.

Q: Can I order a gift voucher online?

A: Yes, our gift vouchers are now available for purchase online. Payment must be made via PayPal. Once we receive a confirmation of the payment being successful we will send it out via Royal Mail. Please ensure that the postal address is correct.

Q: Does getting a tattoo hurt?

A: Yes, but how much depends on the area of your body that you are wanting the tattoo on. Some parts are more sensitive than others. We advise our customers to purchase a numbing cream from our studio or any  pharmacy, but please use it with caution. If you choose to use the numbing cream please apply it on the area you are having tattooed no less than 2 hours before your session.

Q: How much and how long does my tattoo be?

A: Please see our artists' hourly rates in 'BOOK NOW' section. Each of our artists have their own hourly set rate. Price and time slot might vary based on the detail the tattoo has, the style and the body location that you are looking to have it on.

Q: Does laser tattoo removal hurt (session or patch test)?

A: Yes it does. It is not the most pleasant feeling however the session is fairly quick. Sessions must be spaced out with 6-7 weeks in between to help skin heal naturally and avoid any future scaring.

Q: How many sessions will it take to remove my tattoo?

A: It depends on the size of the tattoo you want removing and how your skin adapts to the laser. The newer the tattoo, the longer it will take to remove it. It is impossible to estimate it. 1 session is approximately 10-15 minutes.

Q: Have your artists got experience?

A: Yes. All of our artists has great experience within the industry. Our piercer and laser technician are certificated to be able to provide the service.
